Exceptional Returns: Projects leverage Italy’s PNRR (Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza) funding, which offers substantial CapEx grants (up to 80% is modeled). This level of subsidy support results in an Equity IRR above 50% and rapid payback periods of less than two years in the base case scenario.

Guaranteed Cash Flow: We secure long-term revenue through government-guaranteed, 30-year fixed-rate tariffs for electricity sales (e.g., approximately €80/MWh), locking in stable project income for decades.

Dual Revenue Streams: Revenue is generated from two sources: primary income from solar energy sales, supplemented by income from tokenized water credits (AquaCredits).

Resilience & Profit
We partner with landowners via a revenue-sharing agreement (not a traditional lease), turning their land into a more resilient and profitable asset.

Guaranteed New Income: Partners receive a stable annual payment, modeled as a 2% to 8% share of the project's gross annual revenue. For a representative project, this can yield up to ~€400,000 annually in passive income.

Climate Resilience & Yield Boost: The solar canopy structures act as a shield against extreme weather, reducing frost damage and vine mortality. The partial shading can significantly increase grape yield by +20% to +60% and improve grape quality (e.g., lower alcohol content).

Water Security: Each site integrates HydroFusion Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs), powered by the solar array. This provides an on-site source of clean, renewable water, reducing irrigation needs by 20% to 70% and drastically improving drought resilience

About AA Development
AA Development is a newly incorporated, dedicated investment and development vehicle for large-scale sustainable infrastructure in Italy. Our core mission is to spearhead the next generation of renewable energy and climate-resilient agriculture.
The company is focused on:

Acquiring farmland in rural Italy suitable for advanced agrivoltaic installations.

Purchasing and advancing Ready-to-Build (RTB) agrivoltaic projects.

Integrating advanced, proprietary technologies from Ad Astra Research Group, including HydroFusion Atmospheric Water Generation, Agrivoltaics, and ESG-finance systems.
Capital & Expertise: AA Development is being established with substantial backing. Its initial capital base will be funded by the proceeds from the divestment of a significant Danish renewable energy portfolio (1,460 MWp of solar and 987 MVA of battery BESS capacity). This portfolio has a projected final value of approximately EUR 168 million, ensuring a robust financial foundation for the Italian development phase.
